Call for Papers The 2nd International Conference on Convergence Technology July 4-6, 2012, Qingdao, China The 2nd International Conference on Convergence Technology (2nd ICCT), which will be held in Qingdao, China from July 4 to 6 in 2012, is the premier forum for the presentation of convergence technology related with information technology(IT), biotechnology(BT), nano technology(NT), culture technology(CT), and mechanical technology(MT). The 2nd ICCT is organized by the Korea Institute of Science and Technology Information(KISTI), Korea Convergence Society(KCS), IT Convergence Society for SMB and Institute of Electronic and Institute for Information and Electronics Research of Inha University. Authors are invited to submit original and research papers (4-6 pages) to the 2nd ICCT through the online submission system. The reviewing will be double blind processed. Topics of interest for submission include, but are not limited to: l IT: Information theory and application, biomedical signal processing, control theory and algorithm, fuzzy theory and application, neural networks, access control and secure audit, analysis of security protocols, cryptography and its applications, data and systems integrity, design and analysis of cryptosystems, information and security assurance, and other related area. l BT: Biometrics, bioinformatics, health care system development, human recognition and security, healthy and environments, psychology data analysis, human behavior analysis and application, and other related area. l NT: material application, semiconductor process, fatigue analysis, and other related fields. l CT: Culture with technology, tourism, sports and leisure, contents, animation, virtual reality, housing and fashion, food and nutrition, and other related areas. l MT: Robotics, shipbuilding, construction, vehicles, urban planning and design, environment with technology, transportation, textile, and other related areas. l Other interesting topics. The selected papers of the 2nd ICCT will be published in the Journal of Central South University(ISSN 2095-2899, CN 43-1516/TB) (formerly named Journal of Central South University of Technology, ISSN 1005-9784, CN 43-1231/TD) and Proceedings of the Jangjeon Mathematical Society(Scopus Journal, ISSN: 1598-7264).
